This Damage Waiver outlines renter responsibilities and protects you from being charged for normal wear and tear. Please review this page before your event.

What’s Covered

  • Minor surface scratches or scuffs

  • Chalk residue

  • Light cosmetic wear from outdoor play

  • General signs of normal use

What’s Not Covered

  • Broken, cracked, or bent parts

  • Torn inflatables or missing stakes

  • Damage from being left out in rain or storms

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Misuse (e.g., standing or sitting on games)

Your Responsibilities During the Rental

  • Keep games in a safe, dry area during your rental period

  • Do not leave equipment outdoors overnight or unattended

  • Adult supervision is required at all times

  • Games must be used only as intended

If Something Gets Damaged
If damage occurs beyond normal use:

  • We’ll assess the item upon pickup

  • You’ll receive a clear repair or replacement estimate

  • Charges will reflect the actual cost to fix or replace the item
