Rental Agreement
 

Please review the following terms and conditions prior to confirming your rental with 919 Game Time.

What’s Included:

  • Delivery, setup, and takedown of your selected bundle

  • Each rental includes a full day of fun with delivery, setup, and next-day pickup included.

  • Cleaned and sanitized equipment, inspected before delivery

Payment Policy:

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date and game bundle.

  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.

  • Submitting a rental request does not guarantee availability.

  • A flat $25 delivery/pickup fee applies to all rentals.

Service Areas:

  • We deliver to Fuquay-Varina, Angier, and Holly Springs.

  • Delivery and pickup times will be arranged in coordination with your event schedule.

  • Please ensure someone is available onsite during the agreed delivery window.

Inclement Weather:

  • We monitor local forecasts and will reach out 24 hours prior to your event if rain or storms are expected

  • In the event of rain, you may reschedule your rental at no additional cost

  • Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations

  • If possible, we’re happy to assist with moving games indoors (space permitting)

Customer Responsibility:

  • While normal wear and tear is expected, the renter is responsible for any equipment that is lost, misused, or significantly damaged during the rental period.

  • Please review our Damage Waiver for full coverage details.

Safe Play Requirements:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times

  • Games must be set up on flat, dry surfaces only

  • Inflatables must be anchored and monitored throughout use

  • 919 Game Time is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment

Cancellations & Credits:

  • Rentals canceled 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full credit toward a future date

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for credit unless due to unsafe weather

  • If 919 Game Time cancels due to hazardous weather or safety concerns, a full credit will be issued

Winter Game Night Bundle (Seasonal Offer)

  • Bundle Price: $50 for a full day or $75 full weekend rental (Friday drop-off, Sunday/Monday pickup).

  • Delivery Fee: No delivery fee for Fuquay-Varina, Angier, and Holly Springs.

  • Payment: Full payment is due upon booking to reserve your date.

  • Games Included: Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and a Board Game Bucket packed with favorites (Life, Sorry, Trouble, Clue, Monopoly, Bop It, Candy Land, Chutes & Ladders, Operation, and Perfection).

  • Add-on Option: Cards Against Humanity available for $15.

  • Indoor Use Recommended: To protect equipment from damage due to cold or moisture.

  • Damage Policy: If any game or piece is broken, lost, or missing, the renter will be charged the replacement costof that specific game.

Confirmation:

  • By confirming your rental, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement, including payment policies, weather policies, and damage responsibilities.
